The phrase “txdqg od irufh od qdqxuh ghild-w-hooh oh srxyrlu gh o’krpph” was a ROT-23 for “quand la force la nature defia-t-elle le pouvoir de l’homme” which then gave her the coordinates +48° 25.335′, -71° 04.873′ which is in Chicoutimi, Québec, just north of Québec City.

As this is location for one of the highly sought after Keys in the game, it’s entirely possible that it has already been recovered.
